The Hospitality & Tourism class had the unique opportunity to participate in an enriching field study at the HGTC International Culinary Arts Institute. This immersive experience allowed students to gain firsthand insight into the culinary arts and hospitality industry, exposing them to real-world applications of the concepts they’ve been learning in class. 

Throughout the day, the students were treated to live culinary demonstrations led by skilled chefs. These demonstrations showcased a wide range of cooking techniques, from preparing gourmet dishes to mastering the art of presentation. Students observed how precision, creativity, and passion come together in the kitchen to create culinary masterpieces. Many were inspired by the meticulous attention to detail, the use of high-quality ingredients, and the dedication required to excel in this field.
